Hatched tadpoles fall into water and continue their development in it. Most reptiles have temporal openings which lie in the dermal bone surrounding the brain. In their place we find representatives of almost all the modern phyla recognised today: sponges, jellyfish and corals, flatworms, molluscs, annelid worms, insects, echinoderms and chordates, plus many "lesser" phyla such as nemertean worms. This means that while their spirit can be directed to an eternal object, their bodies, passions, and imaginations are in continual change, for to be in time, means to change.

This species has a white stripe on either side of the body and sometimes tiny yellow speckles. A full-grown anaconda can weigh up to 550 pounds. (Make sure you hide a few chameleons that are white) After everyone has hide theirs, have the whole class stand back and have students try to identify where they think there is a chameleon.
